Interesting Learnings from a Teenager
It is not often that I sit in church and feel the need to take notes during the youth speaker's talk. That happened last Sunday. The speaker quoted some GA who had said words to the effect that there had never been so much for the righteous to do in such a short period time as there is for this generation...or something like that. The thought that occurred to me is that the reason we have so many time saving luxuries is that we need to have more time to spend doing the Lord's work. Of course, I have been using that time to be a lazy bum so was feeling like I needed to spend less time watching TV and more time serving my fellow men. I like it when I learn something new at church...particularly from a teenager.
